Shipping Information

Our goal is to provide you with the best shipping method, no matter where you live. Every day, we serve hundreds of customers around the world, ensuring that we always provide you with the highest level of responsiveness.

◆ Delivery Time = 3 business days processing time + Shipping time. You could get the shipping option/carrier with shipping rate and delivery time when you check out.

◆ If you selected free shipping, please allow sufficient time with free shipping option if you need your order for events on specific date.

◆ Tracking link of your shipment will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped.

◆ You could cancel your order before we ship out your order.


Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances out of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.

Free shipping do not guarantee delivery time and it is subjected to delay due to customs clearance especially during holiday.

Transportation time

Standard transportation channel:

For American customers, the delivery time is 7-10 working days
For Canada, Britain, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, the delivery time is 10-15 working days.
For other countries/regions, the shipping time is 15-20 working days.

Expedited transportation channels:

For American customers, the delivery time is 5-7 working days
For Canada, Britain, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, the delivery time is 7-10 working days.
For other countries/regions, the shipping time is 10-12 working days.

Can the order be sent to multiple addresses?

We do not provide shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you wish to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

Do you provide mailing to post office boxes or military APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we can send shipments to post office boxes and military APO/FPO addresses.

Will I be charged VAT?

Items shipped internationally from the United States are shipped using DDU (Delivery Unpaid Duty), and we do not charge value-added tax (VAT). All taxes, duties and customs fees are borne by the package recipient.

Depending on the receiving country/region, your package may incur local customs or value-added tax charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office to learn more about customs policies in your country.
